Terms of Service
Effective April 18, 2025
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Vitalé (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Vitalé is operated by Vitalé Health (“we,” “us,” “our”).
2. Not Medical Advice
Vitalé provides lifestyle coaching, nutritional guidance, and wellness information — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing on this platform should be interpreted as medical advice or a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare provider. Always consult your physician or prescriber before making changes to your GLP-1 medication, diet, or exercise program.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Vitalé. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Vitalé offers monthly subscription plans. Billing is handled securely through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your member dashboard. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law. Founding member pricing is locked for the life of your continuous subscription.
5. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and using Vitalé, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your coaching program, including daily check-ins and progress updates. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
7. Affiliate Disclosures
Vitalé participates in affiliate programs with supplement brands including Thorne, Momentous, and Ritual. We may earn a commission if you purchase through our links. Our supplement recommendations are based on clinical evidence and member needs — not affiliate relationships.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and software on the Vitalé platform are owned by Vitalé Health. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vitalé shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
